The Sustainable Fashion Week Birmingham
Friday 3rd October – Sunday 5th October
Bring along up to 10 items of good quality items clothing and fashion accessories to swap at the Outfit Exchange where all genders are welcome. The Sustainable Skillshare is a place to learn new mending skills and extend the life of garments in need of repair. Local designers and makers will be presenting their looks on the Conscious Catwalks from 7.30pm on 4th October. To round off the programme, an afternoon of shared ideas and community conversations about sustainable style is taking place on Sunday 5th October.

Every Monday
The Community Gardening group at Ley Hill meet every week to learn how to grow food, techniques for looking after fruit trees & bushes, and other skills such as woodwork. They also grow a mix of flowers and have grand plans to put up lots of bird boxes around the site! All of the food grown can be taken by the group to use at home.

Bird Watching for Beginners @RSPB Sandwell Valley

Nature Tots takes place every Friday morning during term time, whatever the weather, and is open to all preschool children and accompanying adults.
