Meet the Team

Jen

CoFounder

I love reading, upcycling clothes, and pottering in the garden!

Faye

CoFounder

As a West Midlands girl, I’ve always had a strong connection to Birmingham and the communities around it. As Co-Founder of SustainaBrum, I’m passionate about making sustainability feel accessible and inspiring people to make choices that have a positive impact on the world around them.

When I’m not working on SustainaBrum, you’ll usually find me running, experimenting in the kitchen or learning something new.

Sarah

Business Development

Born and bred in Moseley, Birmingham and a proud Birmingham City FC fan.

As a mom, I’m passionate about inspiring my children and others to think more deeply about sustainability and the world we’re shaping for the future. I love being part of the local community, working with schools and bringing everyone together to spark conversations that lead to meaningful positive change.

In my spare time I volunteer as a STEM and Climate Ambassador as well as a school Enterprise Adviser in Worcestershire schools.

Esther

Volunteer Social Media Manager

I’m a Liberal Arts student at UoB and supporting SustainaBrum is important to me as a fairly new brummie who has found the cities independent businesses and sustainable community to be the biggest difference in making Birmingham home. In my free time I love trying any and all crafts.
